Slow Cutting Speed |
material being cut is too hard for blade. the material will wear away the diamond segments |
choose proper blade, make sure diamond segments are doing the cutting |

Arbor Hole Out of Round |
blade collar is loose |
tighten the arbor nut to ensure blade is adequately secure |
blade is not mounted properly |
make sure blade is mounted properly on the shaft diameter |

Uneven Segment Wear |
faulty equipment |
replace belts, bearings or arbor shaft |

Wobbly Blade |
diamond blade was not properly handled and is bent |
blade needs to be replaced or flatened, if its under warranty, return to manufacturer |
