Here’s an overview of the positions we’re looking to hire for:

Regional Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence – experience dialing several calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred – High School or Equivalent

Compensations/Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
  • Benefits:
    • Mileage reimbursement
    • Paid time off
  • Supplemental pay types:
    • Commission pay
  • Signing Bonus: $500 (Receives 180 days after the first day)

Schedule and Work Location:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 50%
  • Ability to Relocate: Stoughton, MA 02072 (Required)

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • In this role you will utilize extensive outbound phone call sales efforts to build a long-term book of business and income potential that you deserve
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Drivers License (Preferred)
  • No experience needed

Compensations/Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $20/hour, 40 hours per week
  • Benefits:
    • Mileage reimbursement
    • Paid time off
  • Supplemental pay types:
    • Commission pay
    • On-the-job training
  • Signing Bonus: $500 (Receives 180 days after the first day)

Regional Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Promote and sell our products in the assigned territory to existing customers and by soliciting new customers [e.g., scheduling site visits, conducting sales blitzes, site visits, representing the company at trade shows, cold calling, etc.].
  • Maintain and increase customer base and orders
  • Ensure after-sale follow-up, and optimize customer satisfaction and experience
  • Research, qualify and prospect new customers and markets
  • Hand over orders to internal sales and make the necessary arrangements to satisfy customers
  • Follow up with customers and resolve problems
  • Be innovative in the proposed solutions
  • Be proactive
  • Be a seasoned representative with a hunter mentality

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong phone presence – experience dialing many calls per day a plus
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

  • Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000/year
  • Benefits:
